## Team

BlockEye was co-founded by researchers from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and The University of Hong Kong. The team combines backgrounds in Economics and Computer Science, with over 80% of members holding a PhD, and is backed by [SlowMist](https://www.slowmist.com/), a leading blockchain security intelligence firm.

## Mission

We harness AI and financial-economics research to trace the geographic origin and destination of on-chain funds, serving compliance teams, financial institutions, and government agencies.
